These rough amethyst crystals are tumble polished, and complemented with a textured setting on the end. This earring pairs well with other earrings with multiple piercings. These ear studs have been dipped in REAL 24k gold.

The earring post is made entirely with 14k gold fill. Unlike other electroforming artists, I use sterling silver instead of copper on my ring shanks, chains, and earring mechanisms. Copper is a less precious metal than silver, known to turn your finger green and to tarnish very quickly under normal circumstances.

You will receive one of the sets in the photo, or an earring set almost identical to what is shown in the photographs. Since natural one of a kind gemstones are being used, each pair will be ever so slightly different.

Please note rose gold earrings utilize a sterling silver post. Rose gold has a higher copper content than yellow gold and can cause irritation. Silver helps alleviate these symptoms.
